March 11- On biodex+raw.alternatif

7^thMay 11- Pregnant

26^th May 11- Miscarriage

27^th May 11- D&C

May 2011 until Feb 2012- Raw. Alternatif + Clinic for check up for irregular period

13^th Feb 12- Hormon check up (DEMC).

1^st March 12- 1^st day period (D1-D8). 4 months from last period

2^nd March 12- 1^st appointment. Confirmed dr PCOS. On Clomid 50mg

10^th April 12- 1^st day period (D1-D9). 40 days from last cycle.

11^th April 12- (klinik alternatif).X on clomid

4^th June 12- 1^st day period (D1-D8). 55 days from last cycle

7^th June 12- On Clomid 50mg

19^th June 12- Telur matang (23.5mm). Dr. bagi injection untuk telur menetas.

5^th June 12- 1^st day period (D1-D8) 31 days from last cycle.

7^th June 12- On Clomid 50mg

18^th June12- Telur x matang – polycystic.On Duphaston 10mg untuk period.

14^th August 12- 1^st day period (D1-D7) 41 days from last cycle.

15^th August 12- On clomid 50mg (No Dexa /DHEA)

22,24,26^th August 12- injection fallovia 75iu (3 times)

27^th August 12- Check up - telur dah menetas. OnDuphaston 10mg utk support rahim if pregnant.

21^st Sep 12- 1^st day period (D1-D6) 39 days from last cycle. (Based on cysle dr.siti = 15/9/12 – 1^st day period)

22^ndSep 12- Dr Zamri tukar kepada Ubat : Zitazonium 20mg

28^th Sep 12- Jumpe Dr.Siti (klinik alternatif)

29^th Sep 12- HSG in KPJ Selangor by Dr Darlina – tube not blockage

3^rd Oct 12- check up rahim ok, tube ok, telur dari ovary kiri : pcos, ovary kanan : 16.6 mm (belum cukup matang).

12^th Oct 12- Buat urut peha & perut dgn Zura (Dr.Siti)

23^th Oct 12- 1^st day period (D1-Dx) 33 days from last cycle. (Based on cycle dr.siti = 23/10/12 – 1^st day period means 39 days cycle.

24^th Oct 12- On clomid 50mg.

30^th Oct 12 (D8)- Meet Dr.Zamri. Telur -polycystic kiri + kanan ; lining dinding rahim baru 5mm.

D8- 30^th Oct 12- suntikan 1^{st - done}

D10- 1^st Nov 12- suntikan 2^nd-done

D11- 3^rd Nov 12- suntikan 3^rd (jumpe balik dr.zamri)

3^rd Nov 12- Meet Dr Zamri. Telur 9mm (x matang) & Lining endo 9mm.

6^th Dec 12- 1^st day period (D1-D8)44 days from last cycle

8^th Dec 12- Appoinment with Dr.Zamri on Clomid 150mg 3x .

17^th Dec 12 (CD12)- Result testosterone hormone = 1.7nmol/L (normail). Scan – rahim confirm RV. Telur sblh kanan = more than 18mm .Telur sblh kiri still polycys. Lining 7mm (ok).

6th Jan 13 - 1st day period (31 days from last cycle)

8th Jan 13 - Appoinment with Dr Zamri. On clomid 150mg 3x

19^thNov 13- 1^st day period (D1-D7). 2 months from after due

18^th Dec 13- 1^st day period (D1-D7). 30 days from last cycle

21^st Jan 14- 1^st day period (D1-D7). 30 days from last cycle

19^th Feb 14- 1^st day period (D1-D7). 30 days from last cycle

1^st May 14- 1^st day period (D1-D7). 42 days from last cycle

1^st June 14- 1^st day period (D1-D7). 30 days from last cycle
